Starting off 2011 with a bang:

The Historical Society is launching its new re-designed website, found at a brand new SHORTER URL address, www.haddonfieldhistory.org. The old website address will still work, don’t worry about that!, but will bring you to this website instead of the former site. So try any of the following: www.historicalsocietyofhaddonfield.org or www.haddonfieldhistory.org and you will end up in the same place!

Our goal is to bring more content to the site as well as more functionality – a fancy way to say we are working to provide more information about what is going on at HSH and make it easier for you, our current or future members, to participate in the many activitites planned. Our mission hasn’t changed but the tools we’re using have!

For example, new functionality introduced for the 2011 Candlelight Dinner:

• the Reservation Form for the Dinner is available on this site for download – mail along with payment. Click Here.
• On-line Purchase of Tickets + give us your menu choices right from the comfort of your computer.
• Information about the event and the theme – Check out this link to download books written by the subject of our Candlelight Dinner, Samuel Nicholson Rhoades.

Stay tuned. We will continue to explore new ways using this website, email, etc. to share with you the exciting things in the works at HSH. As our next 100 years anniversary fast approaches, we at HSH extend our hands to the community and invite you to come join us!
